MARTIN COUNTY — A retail-commercial-residential development proposed for north county could take a major step forward Tuesday.
County Commissioners are to decide whether to approve the long-discussed Rio Town Center's revised master site plan and final phase 1 plan.
Commission approval would allow the the live-work community to move into the pre-construction phase; the project could break ground once it receives final construction approval from the county.
