STUART — The City Commission on Wednesday could place City Manager Dave Ross on administrative leave.
The commission's special meeting comes 10 days after members called for Ross' resignation, citing concerns including alleged undocumented absences and low morale at City Hall.
Ross on Tuesday declined to answer questions about the upcoming meeting. "My only comment is that I hope this is all resolved soon and in a very professional manner," he wrote in an email.
Should the commission put Ross on paid administrative leave, it would be until the next regular meeting, May 14, when it would continue discussing his potential resignation, Mayor Kelli Glass Leighton said…
